Work | As a foreign student, you are allowed to work 120 full time days (8 hours per day) or 240 part time days. Work permits are not required for specific field related jobs at the university.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to work in a company or do an internship related to your field of study, let us know in good time – we have the possibility to place strong students in companies.

PLEASE NOTE: Doctors in Germany who wish to do their medical residency and become a medical specialist are required to have a professional license and a work permit. Since January 1, 2005 there have been new laws regarding this in Germany. If you wish to do a medical residency here, you are required to have a scholarship that is equivalent to the same amount that a DAAD scholarship for this purpose would be. August 2005) If you have already worked in your home country and have good grades, we can show you how to get a scholarship or another way to start your medical residency here (You need to have passed the A2/B1Common European Framework of References for Languages (CEF), TestDaF (Test of German as a Foreign Language) or the TOFEL / ILTS before contacting us. | |
