| Insurance | You must be in possession of health insurance if you are moving to Germany.
We are happy to assist you with obtaining inexpensive health, accident and third party liability insurance.
How much does insurance cost and who needs to be insured?
For study applicants who have not yet enrolled, or for accompanying spouses, the insurance fees are 1,20 EUR per day und person.
For study applicants who are taking language courses, the insurance fees are €27 for the Classic Package and €37 for the Premium Package.
There are 3 types of insurance we can secure for you:
1. HEALTH INSURANCE - Coverage in case of illness after entering Germany
2. GENERAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE - Coverage in case of an accident after entering Germany
3. THIRD PARTY INSURANCE - Coverage in case of unintentional damage done to a third party after entering Germany
PLEASE NOTE:
The insurance is only valid if paid for! Many sign contracts and then forget to pay, or pay only after the damage has been done- WITHOUT Payment you are not covered by insurance in Germany!!
How do I obtain health insurance?
